Farhad Najafi is a distinguished Iranian filmmaker, active since 2001. He works as a director, screenwriter, and producer, known for films that combine strong storytelling and emotional depth.

Born in Neyshabur, Iran, he began his creative journey in film at an early age and has since built a portfolio of award‑winning works. His film One Night in Tehran (2019) won the Jury Award for Best Feature Film at the Milestone World Film Festival and the Queen Palm International Film Festival.

He has also written and directed the feature Charsoo (2014) and previously First Move (2007), among other cinema and series works.
