HP Talents was established in London in 2011 as a division of HP Global Ltd. Founded by Meghdad Mostafaei, the company was born from a vision to simplify the way talents are discovered, presented, and booked on a professional level.

With a strong background in event production, artist management, and cultural programming, we recognised the growing need for a reliable and creative hub where talents and clients could meet. From concerts and film shoots to brand campaigns and private events, our role is to connect performers with the right stages and the right opportunities.

What started as a personal initiative has grown into a global platform. HP Talents offers access to a wide range of professionals including musicians, actors, DJs, comedians, public speakers, influencers, and live entertainers. We work closely with producers, promoters, agencies, and corporate clients to ensure every booking runs smoothly from planning to performance.

At the same time, our process is designed to be easy, transparent, and efficient for clients in every part of the world.

If a booking is not confirmed, there is no cost to the client. Once confirmed, we stay involved at every step. From the first enquiry to the final applause, our team is present to make sure everything goes as planned.

HOW IT WORKS

End to End Talent Solutions from Discovery to Delivery

Our directory features a handpicked list of verified talents across multiple industries and disciplines. From world-class musicians and actors to rising influencers, DJs, comedians, and public speakers, every profile is carefully curated with performance history, availability, media samples, and key booking information.

You can browse by category, region, or name and compare talents based on your event or production needs. Whether you are planning a corporate function, a cultural event, a campaign shoot, or a private celebration, you will find the right talent with the right credentials. Our team updates the directory regularly, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date. This is your starting point to discover talent you can trust.

Once you have identified a talent that fits your brief, you can submit a direct booking request. This includes event type, date, time, location, technical requirements, and any special conditions. Our system allows you to provide all the essential details in a simple format, and we take care of forwarding your request to the talent or their representative.

You are not committing to a payment at this stage. This step allows both sides to assess interest, availability, and fit. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours, depending on talent availability.

If the talent is available and willing to proceed, we issue a formal proposal that includes appearance fee, terms, travel requirements, and production needs.

We also handle any negotiation between both sides, offering guidance to ensure fairness and clarity. Our proposals are tailored, transparent, and designed to protect both parties from miscommunication. At this point, you have the chance to review all details, ask questions, or request revisions before proceeding to formalise the deal. No booking is confirmed without your clear approval.

Once terms are agreed, we prepare a binding contract that outlines responsibilities, timelines, fees, and deliverables. Contracts are issued through HP Talents on behalf of both parties to ensure neutrality and legal clarity. We also manage invoicing, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and any relevant permissions.

In certain cases, additional clauses such as confidentiality, brand usage, or exclusivity can be added. Our goal is to provide a smooth and professional framework that avoids disputes and ensures mutual respect throughout the engagement.

After the contract is signed, our coordination team steps in to finalise logistics and provide ongoing support. This includes communication with the talent or their team, confirmation of travel or accommodation (if required), submission of technical riders, rehearsal schedules, wardrobe guidelines, or any other relevant information.

We act as a reliable point of contact for both the talent and the client, making sure that all planning stays aligned. We remain accessible to assist with last-minute updates or changes and ensure everyone involved is fully prepared for the day.

On the day of the appearance or performance, our team ensures everything runs according to plan. We are available by phone and email to help manage timing, coordination, and any special arrangements agreed in the contract. Whether it is a live performance, a film shoot, a corporate panel, or a branded campaign, our job is to ensure the talent delivers as expected.

After the booking, we follow up with both parties to gather feedback, close any final payments, and offer support for future collaborations. With HP Talents, your booking is not just a transaction. It is a managed experience from start to finish.

We also manage the talent booking for Lenj Festival, a coastal musical gathering uniting artists from Iran and the wider region. Our team handles artist selection and coordination for the Sun and Fun Festival in the GCC, XO Festival’s urban nightlife programming, and the boutique Dorehami series inspired by Persian heritage.
